Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like your worth is tied to grades and productivity?
Join us for a thoughtful and supportive session exploring burnout, mental health, and self-worth within academic life.
The session will be guided by Linda Rubene Kesele, a psychiatrist at Nacionālais psihiskās veselības centrs and a researcher at Rīga Stradiņš University. Drawing from both clinical practice and academic research, Linda will offer expert insight into how burnout develops, how mental health is affected in academic environments, and how to build a healthier relationship with self-worth.

Join us for a focused one-day Textile Testing Course designed for women who are interested in strengthening their technical knowledge, refreshing skills, or exploring new professional directions within the textile and materials field.
The course will be led by Inga Dāboliņa head and senior researcher of Personal Protective Equipment Laboratory at Riga Technical University, who will guide participants step by step through the testing process from understanding equipment and procedures to analysing results through case studies and discussion. The learning environment is supportive, professional, and designed to encourage confidence and participation at every stage.
